Street dogs might look wild in most society but they in spite not being the our pet protect the colony at night hence it is our duty to pay them back by taking care of them keeping small pots with water or dog food gives them food for the day, feeding them some toasts at night.or even playing with them also providing cheap blanket on winters when they lie down.
However once you are friendy visit the vet or have the vet visit and get the deworming done timely. Vaccinations also. Promotes health.
Get a nice collar also. Makes them feel better. Do not attempt to chain however as they are used to living free so let them be.
Name the ones you would like to bring under your care.
Give them a bath when you see them get dirty. Also you can get them a Tick collar to prevent fleas and ticks from other street dogs around.
Brush them up once in a while whenever possible.
Encourage your neighbours to feed also just in case you arent around at times. Ensures steady and good supply of food.
Get them a good bone to chew on once is a while or a dental stick to take care of tartar development.
