Now think about the size of the screen on your phone and the distance it is from your eyes; when your eyes spend hours at a time focussing at a fixed distance it causes strain; long term your eyesight will suffer. Your eyes need a break to look at distant objects to prevent eye strain.

Drink water: the best drink is water, if you don’t like it plain, add a slice of cucumber or a slice of lemon. Hydration is important, it helps your body to heal itself.

Notice your posture, how you are sitting when you play this game, how long are you in this position? If you’re really hooked on a game, you’re will be too absorbed to care about your posture. If you are slouching, it can put strain on joints and muscles.

First thing I recommend is that you go to a sport medicine clinic and get your posture checked, have a treatment massage to ease the tension in your neck and shoulders.

Then make a new habit; get addicted to SOMETHING NEW
