in vaccination.. in small age we have given killed or weak pathogens.. so our body make primary response for them and develop a memory

when there is a entry of real and strong pathogen the body recognise it.. and develop secondary response which is very strong ... helpful in killing of pathogen and save us from the disease caused by that pathogen.

What happens is that we put weakend pathogens in the body so that the memory b and t cells act on the pathogen and have a memory of the pathogen attack . After encountering the pathogen once it forms antibodies(normally) . But if someone is vaccinated against a certain pathogen the secondary response is very fast so after a subsequent attack the antibodies are formed at a faster pace hereby killing the pathogens fast
