1. give equal importance to each of the 3 subs
2. in which sub u r weak give more time
3. in bio figure and diagrams are very important
4. in chemistry equations are necessary
5. in physics practice the formulas and sums

you should do the following to improve in it.
so first of all you should try to gather the basic concept of the subject. you can do this by reading chapters and try to understand the main idea behind that. next step is to learn some important definitions and diagrams. if you are facing too much problems so you should give more time to it.
never try to learn everything by heart. science is a cool subject and if you take it as a fun so it will be helpful to you...
