In top right side there is a bell icon there you will get notification of every movement like.. who gave you thanks or who comment you.

in top there is icon for asking question or searching question..

click that to ask question..

To answer go to answer icon you can see that in centre of to icon (Me and brainlist)

Leader board is for the brilliant and brainlist user.

you can see some ranks by clicking point..

Some ranks are..

1>Begginer

2>apprentice

3>Helping hand

4>ambitious

5>virtoso

6>expert

7>ace

8>genius

but never end..

there are some special ranks for good user like..

1>Brainly star

2>Brainly benefactor

3>math arayabhatta

4>sage

5>community leader

and most good rank you may be a lucky if you get that. That is..

following,follower and message list in top left there will be a icon click that and search user.
