Hii people! Have a good night and sleep well :)) Well, my question is, why cant we focus on studies even though we are told this million times since birth?

Because while studying we are distracted by the electronic things like mobile and computer and all that's why we are not able to concentrate our mind on studies.

You know what when we press spring, it throws back. The more we press the more it applies opposite force.

This is the same thing happening to us. We are forced to study and thus we opposes this.

I am not saying that we should not be forced because force applies pressure and a man do his best in pressure.

What should we do to increase our focus on studies?

Study your favourite subject more than any other to improve your interest. When you become interested then start studying others. Remember first study your most favourite the. your little less favourite and so on.

When you start losing interest in study, STOP.
Take a break. You can go for a 15 minute walk or can read a comic book or do anything that you want.
