IN A RIGHT ANGLED TRIANGLE IS THE ALTITUDE / HEIGHT ALSO THE MEDIAN OF THE TRIANGLE???

No, in right angled triangle altitude is the side of right angled triangle but median is the line joining vertex and mid point of side opposite to that vertex .so the both cannot be same.
