To find: the explanation of the given lines
Solution:
The Duke begs Shylock to control his rage and brutality. He claims that Antonio has suffered numerous losses recently. The royal merchant is now in a miserable situation. Even the cruel and heartless Turks and Tartars, who have no concept of sympathy, are obliged to feel sadness and sympathy for him because of how pitiful and hopeless his situation is. Shylock is urged by the Duke to sympathise with Antonio as a result of the tragic losses that have befallen him.
