well there are a several facters due to which we fall ill but some of them are ;

like weak immunity or weak immune system, bad health, organ malfunctioning, due to some inherited factors, and many more.

well according to me , we cannot say that there is no gravity in space . as we know that gravity is inversaly proportional to square of distance, so if distance increases then gravity decreases due to which we fell weightlessness. so it can happen that due to large ddistance the force of gravity is so weak that we cant feel it
