Hi! Your statement is very very true. Children should not be given smartphones. And if they are given, they must be taught the right use of mobiles. There are many articles that you must read. Recently, there was a report that a child using excess of mobile phones got spectacles with 7.4 power. It effects the student's life as it distracts them from their studies.
