you should be thorough with NCERT(In case of science, social,)
you should read all the chapters including novel.(keep in my the story,moral , characters, characteristic)
practice grammar side
keep on practising question papers
Try to concentrate more on weak subjects
Revise as much as you can
after each chapter go through the guide as well
