Flemming's left hand rule → It is used to find out direction on force on a current carrying conductor.
According to it, stretch your hand in such a way that your thumb fore finger and middle finger are mutually perpendicular to each other. If your fore finger points in direction of magnetic field and middle finger points in direction of electric current than the thumb represents the direction of force on conducor.

Fleming's right hand rule → It is used to find out the direction of induced current.
According to this rule stretch the thumb, fore finger and Centre finger of the right hand such that they are mutually perpendicular. If the fore finger points in direction of magnetic field and Thumb shows the direction of motion of current then Centre finger shows the direction of induced current
