\sqrt{3}x^2-2x-8\sqrt3

First multiply coefficient of x² with constant term

√3 × 8√3 = 24

Now we need to find factors of 24 which when added or subtracted give us -2

\sqrt3 x^2 -6x + 4x - 8\sqrt3

6 can be written as √3 × √3 × 2

\sqrt3 x^2 -\sqrt 3 \times \sqrt 3 \times 2x + 4x -8\sqrt3

\sqrt3 x(x-2\sqrt 3)+4(x-2\sqrt 3)

(x-2\sqrt 3)(\sqrt 3x+4)
