Just focus wholely and solely on three things.

1.

NCERT text, summary, each and every example questions and end of chapter exercise (each and every question, including the additional) though you can skip additional questions of Modern physics - specially dual nature of radiation - some additional questions are very complicated. Make sure that you practice all the derivations regularly as given in NCERT (don't mug up, try to do it on your own based on concepts and check whether you have written all the steps or not). And also make sure that you do each and every derivation one by one from first chapter to the last, with proper steps, 1 day before the day of the examination. It will take 2 - 3 hours at most.

2.

Previous year solved questions (MTG or Arihant) I did Arihant.

3.

i Succeed sample papers by Arihant for rapid revision of various types of questions in the final hour.
