open your account on browser nd search that username whom u have blocked

there u got an option of write msg click on it from.there u unblock that person

hey mate.....

open ur id on chrome....

find the person u want to unblock....

u will see a message option...

click on it....

then u will be redirected to the message page

at the bottom u will see a line....

"to message someone go to their profile"

tap on it...

it will ask u unblock

tap on the unblock button then u can message him/her again.....
