\dfrac{x}{2} + \dfrac{x}{3} - \dfrac{x}{4} = 7

___________ [ GIVEN ]

• We have to find the value of x.

\dfrac{x}{2} + \dfrac{x}{3} - \dfrac{x}{4} = 7

Now.. take LCM of 2, 3, 4 i.e. 12

\dfrac{6x\:+\:4x\:-\:3x}{12} = 7

→ 10x - 3x = 7(12)

→ 7x = 84

→ x = 12

✡ VERIFICATION :

From above calculations we have x = 12

Put value of x in this equation : \dfrac{6x\:+\:4x\:-\:3x}{12} = 7

=> \dfrac{7(12)}{12} = 7

=> \dfrac{84}{12} = 7

=> 7 = 7
