Control Stess. Stress can be due to exams, work, or even family problems.
But, how can we cure it?
here are some tips for you.
1. Meditation. This might be a bit common way to cure stress. But it's proved to be very useful. 2.Eat healthy- Yes, eating junk foods cannot be useful and can lead to many problems health related which will increase stress.
3. Hang out with friends. Friends make you happy and lively, so be sure not to ignore them, and have a good time with them.
4.Study/work in a peaceful environment, a little bit calm music with no lyrics or singer, just a soothing one can help.
5.Get enough sleep, less sleep means more tiresome. the more you get tired, the more restless and stressful you become
