why do fish have sharp bones??​

They are not sharp they are spikey...

As fish lives in water, hence its' bones do not have to be so strong, so they have evolved to be small for flexibility and sharp turning. The muscle to bone ratio is higher in fish than humans, as we are more prone to accidents. If you mean the dorsi-ventral spines, they are quite solid, but can retract.
