Hey sorry to hear that here are some ways through which I relieve stress are take a walk outside inhale fresh air from outside, listen to music this works the best actually listening to music helps relax and calm your mental stress. Or you can take a short nap to escape from stress for sometime it will also reactivate your brain by making it feel fresh,take a hot shower or you could even try meditation hope it helps you!
