There is a formula of -:

(a + b)(a - b)  \\  =  >  {a}^{2} -  {b}^{2}
This identity (a+b)(a-b) is used to represent binomials.
according to your question there is no such formula and if we go through that formula
\frac{a + b}{a - b}
Then the result will be 0.
