Himanshi is walking outside home on on a bright sunny day .as She in her home she finds it difficult to see objects inside the house. why does this happen

Pupil controls the amount of light entering our eyes.As it was a sunny day the pupil automatically lessens its area so that less amount of light enters our eyes. But when himanshi enters her house she was unable to see objects properly as the pupil enlarges it's size slowly.
