historical monuments are defaced very often . in my view , it is shameful to do such acts which show your narrow mind . after all , such historical monuments are the everlasting proof of the history of india . not only this , but also such deeds mock the Indian heritage and culture in front of foreigners who come to visit them .
writing your names on monuments or any other heritage is not a deed of praise ; it is shameful . what is even more shameful is the fact that almost 45% of Indians do this. so , steps should should be taken to stop such acts like rallies , street plays etc. so that the people realise what a great heritage we have and how wrong it is to spoil them.
