Hitler believed in racial hierarchy, inspired from scientists like Charles Darwin, he misinterpreted their studies and concluded that only people with better outward appearance have the right to live (Nordic Aryans). And all others were ranked according to their physical features. He thought that Aryans were at the top and Jews being in the bottom and all other races in between according to their appearance.
