To start with, Adolf Hitler was a German Nazi leader on the time of the World War II.

Hitler possessed quite different views on women - well, traditional.

To him, women are useless. Generally, women were considered second-class citizens in his time. It clearly shows that Hitler did not treat them with respect.

He thought that women should not go outside or advance on their career. Female doctors, teachers and other professionals had to give up their jobs at Hitler's era, for they were expected indoors. They should stay at home, raise their children, and be a dutiful wife. Their only job was to keep the home nice for their husband and family. Plus, a woman with good cooking skills was considered skillful.
He was full of scorn for women under employment. He often banned some places, like industries or other, for providing women with job and salaries.

Hitler believed that a greater population meant greater development of the country. So, he wanted high birth rate for the population to increase. He insisted on women giving birth to more than two children. He even awarded woman with 7 or 8 or more children!  He counts this as a genuine quality for a woman.
There are other factors concerning with his this idea "more the children, better for the woman and NATION". For instance, it was regarded quite illegal for a woman to be thin. Because, it causes problems for a slim woman to give birth and might also affect the development of the child, along with other health issues.
For better implementation of this idea, he introduced a law, namely, the Law for the Encouragement of Marriage which he did around 1933. The law's mission was to encourage marriage and giving birth to more and more children.

He himself remained a bachelor his whole life. This shows that he did not had any special feelings for women and he preferred to live alone. He was quite arrogant type too, what politicians are - naturally. He was more involved in his works. He did not prefer to unnecessarily mix up with an woman and produce children. Quite a waste of time, maybe, for him, it was.

      Well, Hitler was not anti-women or a woman hater as such.   He did not treat them badly in any special way.  His views are that women do their tasks related to family upbringing.  Men do the work and have external responsibilities.

     Hitler’s views on women were traditional, and depended on his growing period.   He had the same opinion as other contemporary leaders.  His policies on women were driven by the requirements of Nazis.  Germany required boosting of their population very quickly to increase their army and to conquer the world.  So Hitler had encouraged early marriages for women, and had given monetary loans to the couple.  If they had four children then they did not have to return loans.

     Women were not expected to work in the Nazi regime.  Many working women were sent home.  There were some restrictions on their makeup, dyeing of hair, wearing pants, and smoking.  Mothers with a large number of children were given rewards.  But he remained a bachelor in his life.  His aim to conquer the world was more important than having a personal family life.
