Let the ratio of length be t

so

length = t and 2t

let ratio of radius be y

so

radius = 2y and 3y

Given

dt1 = dt2 = k (constant )let

since both temprature is constant

Know area of rod A be = πr^21h

so

area = πt*4y ^2

another road area = π*2t*9y^2

we know that

DQ/Dt= - kA(area) dt/dx

For road A

let

Ca=DQ/Dt = kπt*4y^2k/1

for road B

let

Cb= DQ/Dt =18 kπty^2/2

now ration of DQ/DT of A and B is

Ca/Cb = 4πkty^2/9πkty^2

Ca/Cb = 4/9
