p(-1/2)=2*-1/2+1
p(-1/2)=-1+1
p(-1/2)=0

So,X=-1/2 is a zero of the polynomial p(X).

p(-3/2)=5*-3/2-π
p(-3/2) is not equal to zero.

So X=-3/2 is not a zero of polynomial p(X).

<b><i>HLLO THERE!!

Q.1 = p(x)= 2x+1 ; x=-1/2

so let p(x)= 0

2x+1=0
now put the value of x = -1/2

p(-1/2) = 2× -1/2 + 1
p(-1/2) = 0

so here we got 0 so it is a polynomial of the equation.
______________

NOW
Q.2= p(x)=5x-π
here now put the value of x=-3/2
p(-3/2)= (5× -3/2)-π
which is not equals to 0 so it is not a polynomial of the given equation.
