hlo every budy ,,it, is my ???? why the flowers of marigold is not considerd as a flower but it present in flowers list name ,,,,,,,plz tell answer quickly by scientific way

Marigolds in excessively rich (or over-fertilized) soil may be lush and green, but may produce few blooms. This is one of the primary reasons for marigold plants not flowering.
It look like a flower , thats why it is in the flower list.
