The impacts of globalisation in India are :-

(i) Greater competition among the producers both local and foreign has been of advantage to consumers particularly the well off section of the society.

(ii) There has been phenomenal growth of the service sector.

(iii) MNCs have increased their investment in India, particularly in industries like cellphones and automobiles.

(iv) Foreign competition has also been to the benefit of top Indian companies like, Tata Motors and Insofys.
