So the steps are:

Step 1: Go to Your room and close your room.

Step 2: fold your legs and sit and take a deep breath and close your eyes

Step 3: Now start remembering your childhood, How your parents taught you how to walk and they had tears of love and happiness in their eyes for you. How they tried to give you all the happiness in the world despite all difficulties. How they made you laugh every day when they were crying themselves in their minds. How they took the trouble to raise you up as a good person.

Step 4: Open your eyes

Step 5: do you still wanna die?
