let numerator and denominator be x and y then,
we have two equation:
(x+y)=2y-3....(1)
and
(x-1)=(y-1)/2
on solving eq.1 and 2 we have
x. - y=-3
2x. -y. =-1

on putting value y on eq (1)
we get x=7
franction is 4/7
