Answer:

NADP reductase enzymes is located on the stroma side of thylakoid membrane. Along with electrons that comes from the acceptor of electrons of PS 1, protons are necessary for the reduction of (NADPH)+(H+). these protons are also removed from the stroma..

Note:-

as electrons move through the photosystems , proton are transported across the membrane.

Hence,

within the chloroplast , protons in the stroma decreases ,while in luman side increases, this makes a proton gradient.
