hlo guys.........Find the value of λ , if the mode of the following data is 20 :

Observations = 15, 20, 25, 18, 13, 15, 25, 15, 18, 17, 20, 25, 20 and 18

Since we know,

The observation with highest frequency is the mode.  

Given mode is 20  

According to question,

Observations 15, 18, 20 and 25 are repeated 3 times

Since the mode is 20,

Therefore, the value of lambda will be 20

Hence,

Lambda = 20
