what is mitigation.

disaster means-disaster means a sudden hazard which displaces a great number of people living or working in an area.
And sorry I don't know the exact definition of droughts and mitigation

Drought -- A period of unusually low rainfall, longer and more severe than a dry spell.

Mitigation -- A reduction or decrease of something harmful or unpleasant.
