Heya,

➡PROPERTIES OF COVALENT COMPOUNDS:-

↪ Most covalent compounds have relatively low melting points and boiling points.

↪ Covalent compounds do not conduct electricity, i.e., electricity does not pass through the covalent compounds.

↪ Covalent compounds are usually insoluble not polar solvents like water.

↪ Covalent bonds are rigid and directional.

HOPE IT HELPS:-))

 \bf{covalent \: compound}

1. covalent compounds are usually liquid or gases only some of them are solids.

2. covalent compounds have usually low melting and boiling point

3. covalent compounds are usually insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents.

4 covalent compounds do not conduct electricity when dissolved in water or in molten state.
