According to me , following will help you :

• Engineers : just qualify iit , and you Will get a handsome job in just four years of study . but , your mathematics should be strong enough .you may look on to qualify upsc next
• doctors: take bio in 10 th and then make it your base. qualify mbbs and pg for they 're must to do .it will minimum take 6 years or more. but you are independent In this field unlike engineers.
• upsc: you may become a dc, Ias, or ips which will make you feel like nawabs. but your graduation Is must to have. you can do this either by first doing engineering or mbbs, or like other common students.
