Hey dear, how are you, and here is your answer...….
Today we have a addiction of mobile phones because of some social networking sites. We gives our more time on that. I think, it's quite bad because it keeps us aside from our social surrounding by which we don't much aware of of things happening in our surroundings. In family too, the members are addicted to mobile phone and all of them don't give much time to our grandparents. Which is quite bad. And afterall it harms our eyes.
Yes, I don't even against of mobile phone , I am too addicted of it . We will use them because, now everywork is connected with it but a little less. Use it but a little less.
Have a great day dear......!!☺
Regards
Riyanshu......!!☺

Today, when the basic computational skills and grasp on the technology is seen in every household, it's really hard to imagine a life without the advanced equipments for even a single day.
Referring to this attraction to phone as an "addiction" won't be quite appropriate as I believe, it's more of a habituation, and there does exist a fine line separating the two. Addiction is a compulsive, more of an uncontrollable, need of oneself to get the hold of or use something that he is addicted to. The fine line is - WE MAKE THE HABIT OF US TO BE LIKE AN ADDICTION, yeah it's our fault that we give such a trifle so much worth that we ourselves get scared how to escape it. It's like quicksand, the more you move your limbs, more you want to climb out, the more it takes you in, the more engulfed you are!
Addiction in youth, be that of drugs, arms, games, or even internet, is more than in any other stages of life. This is the stage where we are the least matured, yet unaware of the responsibilities and duties as a citizen and as a human, also we are not so careful and cautious about our health.
Social life ought to be and should be limited to a few, at most 500 people for an ordinary man. We are humans, no one wants to be stranded, we love company, but in our limited time, no matter what we are, we can't go to know 7 billions, and we shouldn't even crave to, a life is meant to be lived with a small group, unlike the social networking platforms, where we desperately try to gain attention of the whole crowd, and soon it becomes a habit. A habit that has got nothing for us, it's a modern way to kill time. The sites you mentioned, including this one, with their alluring interface do catalyze this habit, and makes us the slave of them, or basically of the part of the brain concerned with the happy hormones released in spurts when we get a friend request, a like, a message from someone we hardly know! Brainly, though, have taken up a great initiative to bring its social influence to a halt, by banning the dm boxes.
The web surely does have pros, you gotta see both the sides of the coin, be it the reason for employments, higher studies, trades etc, it's useful for everyone, inevitably.
Personally, I have been on a detox for more than an year, I quit WhatsApp in late 2016 and Facebook, Quora etc in early 2017, as a part of my year's resolution. I used to be greatly addicted to it, like everyone else trying to escape - I also thought that I can never leave these things behind...But then one day, I made up my mind, I quit everything, I requested for my account deletion, though the temptations were hard to resist for the "reconsideration time " of 15 days, I did manage to control my mind. Now that I am totally out of those things, I realize how carefree I used to be, I regret for the time I have wasted on those platforms... Anyways, now I am happy knowing that I am utilizing my time more efficiently than my companions, I HAVE ESCAPED THE MODERN MATRIX, and I never feel to go back to one....
TO ALL THOSE WHO WANT TO JOIN THIS NEO IN THIS WEB REHAB, HERE'S TO Y'ALL - YOU CAN DO IT, BELIEVE ME ! JUST YOU NEED TO COMMENCE THE THING, WITH THE INCEPTION, YOU'LL REALIZE AND FEEL MY EACH AND EVERY WORD, JUST GO FOR IT, IF YOU WANT TO ESCAPE - DELETE IT ALL.
Thanks,
ES
