To avoid sleep you have to maintain your body posture for example you have to sit straight and drink a sufficient amount of water and generate concentration and interest in your studies and take short naps in the daytime or you can also take in the evening or night before the time of your studies and for for your phone I can suggest that you have to uninstall the apps in which you became busy all the time yeah that's all I can say.
