STARS DON'T TWINKLES THEY APPEARS TO BE TWINKLING BECAUSE OF ATMOSPHERIC REFRACTION OF LIGTH WHEN IT TRAVELLS
FROM DIFFERENT LAYERS OF ATOMSPHERE.

<h4>Stars twinkle due to the phenomenon of REFRACTION. As stars are point sized object located so far in the sky, their long distance from earth refracts due to atmospheric air and particles which causes continuous refraction till the starlight reaches the earth.

And hence, when we see the stars, they appear twinkling and at apparent position from the real star.
