What is the structure of H2C=(C=C) n=CH2 [Where n=8]: 2D or 3D????

It is 2D

As we find out the steric number ( no of atoms it is bonded to - no lone pairs) of each carbon we find it comes out to be 3 for terminal carbons and 2 for other carbons.
Steric no 2 implies sp hybridisation and steric no 3 implies sp2 hybridisation.

2.                   sp.                           Linear
3.               sp2.             Triagonal Planar

As both linear and triagonal planar are 2D 
The molecule is 2D
