Why don't we have 30th February?​

February has only 28 days in a non- leap year because if it would have been of 30 days we would have 5 months of 30 days and seven months of 31 days in a calendar year. So the calendar would have been of 367 days while Earth takes around of the Sun in only 365.24219 days. Since by making February of 28 days the calendar falls short of 0.24219 days per year than the solar year initially each year divisible by 4 has been made a leap year.But it gave an error of 0.00781 day per year. So since 1582 it was decided that the years divisible by 100 but not by 400 would not be leap years.
