village a place where you all knows about your culture you can see that in village people are living in a free and you can say that in a good mannera because in which enviornment we live there is only pollution but in that place there is a fresh air and you will get fresh and healthy to yourself because the healthy air and environment is most important for body why we do yoga and invest mony but you only stay at village for 1month you will se yourself a new once without yoga also we see that the person in village is always healthy and strong than us because we eat only fast-food and not wants to walk even for a small work we use car or bike but they use their legs to go and cycles they eat healthy food and you workout to make body but they have made their body by work only
