Eukaryotic cells have well - defined nucleus with nucleolus at the centre for the synthesis of proteins.They have all cell organelles like golgi bodies, mitochondria,lysosomes,etc.Most of the multicellulars are eukaryotic.For eg.-plant and animal cells.
