As we have constructed new rooms in our hotel, we want to furnish these rooms. As we had demanded quotations from few furniture manufacturing firms, we found your quotation the best and hence we are approving it. So, we want to place a bulk order of upholstery items from your firm. The details of the requirements are given below,
