State the composition of LPG

The Properties & Composition of LPG - Propane. LPG is primarily composed of propane, butane, isobutane and mixtures of these gases. LPG exists asliquid or gas (vapour), depending on pressure and temperature

LPG mostly contain propane and butane, though the fixed composition is not guaranteed. In some places, during winter, more propane is added, while in summer their is higher contribution of butane. Even, the percentage varies for different crude and variable batch. Apart from the above two major constituents, propylene, butylenes and various other hydrocarbons are usually also present in small concentrations.
