Off the top of my head, here’s a few that we know of:

-During his lifetime, the Temple in Jerusalem was constructed. We know that his father and the prior king, David, could not construct the temple himself because of all the bloodshed in which he took part. (I Chronicles 28:3)

-He continued to codify the tax system for the Jewish nation. This was mostly for the purpose of paying for the costly construction of the Temple (I Kings 9:15), and probably isn’t seen as being a great “accomplishment,” since it included a major tax hike. (which no one ever wants levied against themselves)

-He is credited with being quite knowledgeable in the areas of botany and zoology, though the Scriptures never go into detail as to whether he initiated any advancements in those areas.

-He was quite the mercantile mind: he traded often with the Egyptians, Hittites, and Arameans. He built much of ancient Israel’s commercial infrastructure, causing them to become a worthy power in their area.

This isn’t an exhaustive list, but it’s a good start! Enjoy your pursuit of knowledge.
