Actually many scientist have specified that mostly babies especially new born have blue eyes but after 7 to 8 months or it can be less than this time period, their eye colour changes into usual colours like black and brown. I think you may also have blue eyes when you were born

So there is no reason that eyes of both kids of same parents have same colour eyes. there is no genetic reason behind it!!!!
