Hey there !!
____________________________________

1 • x² – 5
( x + √5 ) ( x – √5 )
x = –√5 or x = √5

Therefore, the zeroes of x² – 5 are √5 and –√5.

Now, sum of zeroes = √5 – √5 = 0
= –(coefficient of x)/ coefficient of x²
= 0 / 1
= 0

product of zeroes = (√5)(–√5) = –5
= constant term / coefficient of x²
= –5 / 1
= –5

2 • 5x² – 10x
5x ( x² – 2 )
5 ( x – 0 ) ( x – 2 )

Therefore, the zeroes of 5x² – 10 are 0 and 2.

Now, sum of zeroes = 0 + 2 = 2
= –(coefficient of x)/ coefficient of x²
= – ( – 10 ) / 5
= 2

product of zeroes = 0 × 2 = 0
= constant term / coefficient of x²
= 0 / 5
= 0
