In animals- Bats and Dolphins use to locate their prey .
In humans -Doctors use this in locating the stones in the kidney and submarines use to locate their enemy prey.

but the question is reflection of sound ... bats produce ultrasonic sound which after striking a prey reflects back and the bat calculates the distance between the prey.. so his answer is also correct..
