To find Horizontal distance , we will need to find displacement in x direction.

If we find Vx , we can integrate it to find dx.

 \sin( \alpha) = \frac{1}{3} \\ { \sin( \alpha ) }^{2} = \frac{1}{9} \\ 1 - { \cos( \alpha ) }^{2} = \frac{1}{9} \\ { \cos( \alpha ) }^{2} = 1 - \frac{1}{9} \\ { \cos( \alpha ) }^{2} = \frac{8}{9} \\ \cos( \alpha ) = \frac{ \sqrt{8} }{3} \\ 2 \cos( \alpha ) = \frac{2 \sqrt{8} }{3} \\ 2 \cos( \alpha ) - 2 = \frac{2 \sqrt{8} }{3} - 2
