The correct equation is
HNO3+CA(OH)2 = Ca(NO3)2+H2O
Calcium metal is blanced on both sides, so we will balance radical (NO3) as follows:-
2HNO3+CA(OH)2 = CA(NO3)2+H2O
Now balance hydrogen and oxygen atoms :-
2HNO3+Ca(OH)2 = Ca(NO3)2+H2O
